1. Order Policy
Customers can conveniently place orders for their favorite sweets through our website. Once an order is submitted, our team begins preparing the sweets to ensure they are fresh and ready for pickup. We kindly request customers to review their order details carefully, including product selection and quantity, before confirming the order.
After the order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation which should be shown at the store during pickup.
3. Payment Policy
All orders placed on the Shahi Mithai website are not paid online. Payment will be completed at the store during pickup.
Customers must visit the store and pay in cash at the counter when collecting their order. Orders will be handed over after the payment is completed at the shop.
2. Pickup Service Policy
At Shahi Mithai, we currently provide store pickup service only. We do not offer home delivery at this time. All orders placed through our website must be collected directly from our store location.
Once your order has been placed, our team will prepare it and keep it ready for pickup. Customers can visit the shop during the pickup hours and collect their order by providing the order confirmation or order number.

We recommend arriving during these hours to ensure a smooth and quick pickup experience.
4. Order Preparation
Our sweets are prepared with care using quality ingredients to ensure freshness and taste. Because we focus on quality and freshness, some items may require preparation time. Customers are advised to allow sufficient time after placing the order before arriving for pickup.
5. Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once the sweets have been prepared or the order is ready for pickup, we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations.
